missingWrote a review on 05 Febpoor kettle design
Tea setup lacks practical design. the kettle doesn't reach outlets easily, and no stirrers provided. Emergency exit lights keep the room from being completely dark, which might be off-putting for some. The room placement can be a hassle, lacking elevators and views worth paying for, especially if you're stuck with a subpar outlook initially.

charming decor, but noisy at night
The decor impressed me with its elegance, and the central location made exploring very easy. Diego at reception provided excellent assistance, which made a good start to our stay. The spacious room met my expectations for comfort, with well-maintained amenities. Additionally, I appreciated the nearby dining options that were perfect for our family dinners.
The street noise at night disrupted our sleep.

Had an awesome time enjoying the cozy room and the underground parking made it super convenient for us. The hotel offered great relaxation options with foot and back massages that really helped us unwind after a long day. Only downside was that the mattress wasn't the most comfortable, but it didn't ruin our overall experience. 😊

Really enjoyed my stay with friends! The place is super cute and clean. We loved visiting the Royal Chapel and Alhambra, which were nearby. The receptionist was so nice and even gave us a map with all the cool spots to check out. Definitely recommend it for a fun group trip!
The check-in process was a bit rough. We had trouble getting our entry code, and it took longer than expected. It can be stressful if you arrive after hours, so be prepared for that issue.

The location was ideal for exploring the city, with dining options and attractions within easy walking distance. The room was spacious and featured a cozy atmosphere enhanced by a velvet couch. However, the lack of elevators made moving luggage challenging, and the mattress quality could be improved. While the provided heating was sufficient, there were some drafty moments at night due to the window design.
